2. The information we collect

Information you give us — for example when you complete our contact form, submit a review, respond to our client survey, or contact us by phone or email. This may include your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. When you become a client, we will collect further information necessary to provide financial advice, which will be covered by a separate, fuller privacy notice.

Information collected automatically — like most websites, our hosting provider may log limited technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running. Our use of cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy.

3. How and why we use your information

We use your personal data on the following lawful bases:

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, and to meet the record-keeping requirements that apply to authorised financial advisers. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
